Vyšehrad 2000 a.s. - Employee Growth

We are participating in challenge 03_23_047 "CORPORATE TRAINING (1)", which is co-financed by the European Union. The main objective of the challenge is to enhance the level of knowledge and skills of employees, thereby ensuring their competence aligns with the requirements of their job roles.

The challenge is part of the OP Employment Plus 2021-2027 program, managed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic.

The project is titled "Vyšehrad 2000 a.s. - Employee Growth."

The project focuses on further professional education of employees – implementation of training courses aimed at developing the knowledge, abilities, and skills required for specific occupations, with an emphasis on supporting individuals over the age of 55.

People will be trained in Soft Skills, Economic Knowledge, and Technical/Professional Education.

Our project will be finalized in 2026, and upon its completion, we will revisit it on our website with supplementary and clarifying information regarding the outputs and achieved results.
